Carla Arce Zegarra
Intern
Carla is based in Europe. Through sustainability-focused internships, she is finishing her Communications and Journalism degree at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Originally from Cajamarca, Peru, she has an innate passion for mining.

Carla has joined Pacha Associates to support marketing and communications.

Her previous experience includes Revista iNNS & Sustainability Worldwide Centre 2050.
Abel Salinas
Intern
Abel is a PhD student at the University of Southern California. He is using his computer science expertise to research how artificial intelligence can improve our understanding of sociopolitical risk in mining investments.

Abel has joined Pacha Associates to support data acquisition and analysis in project execution.
​
His previous experience includes working with Adobe and Google.

Allison Coppel
Founder & CEO
Allison has over two decades of international experience working with major mining organizations.​ During her career, Allison gained deep expertise in community engagement, Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability at the site, regional and global levels. Complementing Allison's experience is her MBA from Standford University and Masters in Development Economics, from the Université Côte d'Azur.

Allison conducts business in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
